Click the gear icon in the lower-left corner to access Settings. The sidebar is a single flat list; it no longer adds category headings such as Basics, Agents & Connections, or Usage & Support.
Common settings
- Account: Review the current account and connection status. Organization information, organization actions, and Personal Memory data controls are consolidated here. Desktop no longer exposes email-binding management.
- General: Customize your default file storage location, UI language (English / Chinese), and Light/Dark themes.
- Interaction & Execution (AI capabilities): Control artifacts, interactive components, enterprise knowledge, wake behavior, and remote access.
- Security Center: Configure sandbox protections and action approvals.
- MCP / Browser Control: Manage external capabilities available to the Agent.
- Channels: Connect and manage bots for Lark, WeCom, WeChat, or WhatsApp.
- Token Usage: Check remaining model quotas and monthly usage for you and your team.
- Logs & Feedback: Export diagnostic logs and send feedback to technical support.
- About: Check your installed app version and look for updates.
