Many tasks recur daily or weekly: gathering metrics, drafting status memos, or checking competitor sites. Use Scheduled Tasks to let Trio Mate run them automatically.
How to schedule a task
- Just ask in chat: Say "Every weekday at 8:30 AM, compile a tech news briefing", and the assistant will prepare the schedule.
- Configure in the panel: Open the "Scheduled Tasks" view from the left navigation, click New, and set your prompt and desired schedule.
Tips for smooth automation
- Test it first ("Run Now"): Before leaving a task on autopilot, click "Run Now" in the list to verify the output meets your expectations.
- Check history: View execution logs, runtime, and deliverables in the task history at any time.
- Pause anytime: Going on leave or finishing a project? Toggle the task switch off anytime.
