Every task starts with a conversation. No programming skills or prompt templates needed — just describe what you want done.
1 · How to get great results
- Describe the outcome, not the mechanics: Say "Analyze last month's sales in the attachment and highlight the top 3 declining categories" instead of giving step-by-step instructions.
- Follow up naturally: If an answer needs tweaking, reply: "Make it shorter", "Format as a table", or "Add percentage change".
- Let it clarify: If key details are missing, the assistant shows clickable options so you can guide it with one click.
2 · Useful input tools
- Attach files (
+menu): Click+next to the input box to attach spreadsheets, PDFs, Word docs, or images — or just drag and drop. - Pick an Agent: For domain expertise (like legal contract review), click
+→ "Select Agent". Note: Agents can't be switched mid-chat, to keep the conversation consistent. - Trigger Skills (
/): Type/or choose+→ "Select Skill" for utilities like OCR or web scraping. - Choose a Workspace: Select the active directory above the input box to point the assistant at the right files.
3 · Tracking progress & safe rollback
For complex tasks, the interface keeps you in control:
- Thinking Trace: Expand to see how the assistant breaks down the problem.
- Tool Invocations: See which files were opened and which commands ran.
- Stop Button: Click the red stop button anytime to halt generation.
- File Rollback: If an edit looks wrong, click "Restore files to this point" on that message to undo local file changes.
